Maya Mexican Kitchen & Bar

Maya Mexican Kitchen is a beautiful restaurant found in the sprawling grounds of Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa. The entire place has bi-folding doors as walls and in the winter months, Maya is a spectacular place to fill up on tacos while relaxing on the stunningly decorated terrace.

What we liked

The service is spot on. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. We asked them what cocktail they suggested based on our preferences and they brought us a very moreish drink that was right on the money. The bar and the great variety of margaritas are the highlight of Maya, for sure. The food is all delicious and we love that there are props such as sombreros floating around for that Insta-worthy photo moment.

What we didn't

In summer, dining in the restaurant can get a little bit humid thanks to those beautiful floor-to-ceiling bi-folding windows.
