Really REALLY enjoyed our evening dining here!!!! I loved this setting!!!! It's dim lighting, with a DJ playing that vibe music. But not so loud that you have to shout to each other. The bar tender was extremely knowledgeable about the spirits, cocktails and bottles giving us a bit of information with every drink. For me, it was kind of cold in the restaurant. The staff got me a blanket for my shoulders immediately. I was over the moon!!!! The food was delicious!!! Arriving warm and within a decent time!!! Hakkasan is one of our favorite place in Dubaï. The food is excellent. Nevertheless, in that kind of restaurant, service, ambience, and guests profile make the full client experience Mohamed Raafat our waiter was very professional Nevertheless, we have to regret the assistant manager on duty wasn’t at the level of expectation as she didn’t address the fact that clients with kids next to us let them put their feet on the sofa and switch on the tablet screen, letting us benefit from the noise of it. It’s not to us explaining how to properly do your job. We can understand as you said you remain flexible accepting table with kids because you are located at Atlantis but then put those kind of clients in a special room as restaurants used to be before for smoking people. This restaurant has a very cool, young vibe. The staff are lovely, bar area is beautiful, drinks even better! The pink mojito’s especially! 🍸 I will admit, the restaurant is very very dark, and some of the dishes over priced. But most of them beautifully presented, and delicious! The crispy duck salad is a MUST, the sweet and sour chicken was the best I’ve ever had, and the spicy beef was beautiful. Can’t wait to go back! (Even if I do need to pack a torch) Read more
